Peninsula I was built in 2003 and has about 240 apartments of 2 bedrooms to 4 bedrooms from almost 3,000 sft to 3,525 sft. The building has private elevators that open to only to apartment owner that has a fab or by security. Each fooor has 8 apartments. In each corner there is a 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath apartment, than there are 2 partments with 2 Bedrooms 3 Baths and finally 4 apartments of 3 Bedroom 3 Bath. All of them with a large media room and direct East views of the Bay and Ocean. All are flow through units with most of the bedrooms on the West with very little obstruction West. As the developer built Tower II, there is some obstruction West to Apartments 01 and 02.
Peninsula II was built in 2007 and has about 270 apartments of 2 bedrooms to 4 bedrooms from 2,000 sft to 3,525 sft. The building has 3 sets of dual elevators that are shared by units 01,02, 03 another 04,05, 06 and finally 07,08,09.
There are 3 models with 4 bedroom, 4.5 baths, they are 01 (corner), 04 and 06 in the middle of the building.
Models 02 and 08 are two story 2 Bedroom plus dual den, 2.5 baths (all East views of the Bay & Ocean), Unit 05 is a 2 Beadroom, 2.5 Bath plus den and it is the smallest unit, all facing East with views of Bay and Ocean.
Models 03, 07 and 09 are 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath. Unit 09 is a corner but has obstructed views from Tower I and Unit 08 is partially obstructed. There are still views but Tower I is too close.
All 3 and 4 bedrom apartments are flow thru unit with a minimun of 3,000 sft apartments, open kitchens, large media room (only unit 01 has light in the Den/Media Room).
There are lots of diifferent social areas like: Gym, Spa, Card Room, Theatre Room, Kids Room, Multi Purpose Room.
